Alexandra Schlömmer has been an HR professional throughout her career. As an HR Manager she has worked in different industries, like Telecom, IT, Financial Services and Production. In her last function within an organisation, she held the role of Vice President Group Human Resources.

In 2014 she moved on to HR Consultancy and added Retail, Auction, Mobility, Infrastructure and Real Estate to her portfolio of industries. As a consultant she focuses on areas like Management Audit, Executive Management Development as well as HR strategy and HR Interim Management.

Alexandra joined Amrop Austria as Head of Leadership Services in 2022 and is responsible for leadership assessment services.

She studied in Vienna, Cambridge (UK) and London and holds a degree in psychology as well as a Master of Science (London School of Economics) in Organisational Psychology.

She is a native speaker of German and is fluent in English.
