Bjørn joined Amrop in 2022 as a Partner.

Before that he was Partner in Deloitte. He has more than 25 years’ experience from management consulting where he has held various leadership roles in business development, as strategic client executive, head of Norwegian Strategy practice and Operations practice.

Bjørn is a strong business development and relationship executive. Trusted advisor to CXO level in large international corporations regards strategic growth, restructuring and transformation agendas encompassing digitalization, profitability improvements, cost reductions as well as M&A and integration.

Bjørn holds a Master of Business Administration from Norwegian School of Management (BI) and a Master of Science from Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH)
