Consolata has 10 years of experience hunting executive profiles across Europe. Working closely with clients and consultants she strives to identify top candidates that perfectly fit every assignment.

As a Research Consultant, Consolata participates in the entire lifecycle of the executive search process including market research, analysis, identification, interviews, client status calls and meetings. She writes, reviews, and edits selected client deliverables such as position specifications, candidate reports, and status reports and provides business development support to senior management by performing market research and analysis prior to client meetings. 

She has previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a top-ranked raw materials producer, spanning her research from more technical profiles to C-suite level. Prior to that, she worked in the Art Industry, holding a Certificate in Museum Studies from Harvard Extension School. She holds a BA in Philosophy from Università degli Studi di Torino, Italy.

Consolata is fluent in Italian, French and English, and has a fair understanding of Spanish.
