Dorota is the Founder and Managing Partner of dk Group, which in 2025 became Amrop dk Executive Search. She began her career in human resources consulting in Vienna in the early 1990s, joining Ward Howell International, then one of the leading global executive search firms. There, she played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s presence into Poland by establishing the Warsaw office and serving on the Management Board.

Her career progressed as she became General Manager of Korn/Ferry International in Poland, further strengthening her expertise in executive search and leadership advisory. In 1997, drawing on her experience and entrepreneurial spirit, Dorota established dk Executive Search, which later evolved into the dk Group, recognized in the recruitment and HR management consulting sector.

Today, Dorota continues to lead Amrop dk Executive Search, overseeing key recruitment projects and advising senior executives and boards of prominent organizations. She is widely regarded for her strategic insight, deep market knowledge, and commitment to building lasting client relationships.

Dorota holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Warsaw.
