Gabriele joined Amrop Austria as Managing Partner and Shareholder as of September 2022. Before, Gabriele has been Partner and Practice Group Head at Stanton Chase Vienna for 6,5 years. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Gabriele already spent 5 years with Amrop Austria, as a Senior Executive in a business generating role and in driving the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice for Amrop Austria. A further eleven years Gabriele worked for another leading retained Executive Search Firm, Neumann International as Senior Associate and as Practice Head for local and international clients, mainly in the DACH Region and in CEE. She started her search career in a search boutique, Tasa tmp.executive search.

Gabriele graduated with a Master's in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics & Business Administration. She also studied at the University of Surrey in the UK and holds a degree in Tourism Management. She is a native speaker of German, is fluent in English and has a good command of French.

Gabriele lives with her family in Vienna and is passionate about mountain-sports and culture. Her pro bono activities cover divers board roles in a Rotary Club, in a local Female Leadership Network as well as in sports clubs.
