Kelly co-leads Amrop’s global Retail and Consumer practice having joined from industry with a focus on retail, consumer goods, financial services, and technology. With extensive sales and marketing experience, she brings a strategic lens to search and partners with her clients to build effective succession planning and talent pipelines across North America.

Prior to joining Amrop Rosin (formerly Rosin Executive Search Inc.), she was a seasoned marketing executive across Canadian and global retail and consumer packaged goods organizations. With a strong focus on consumer understanding and stakeholder management, Kelly’s direct and transparent style ensures clarity, and expectations are well established for all searches.

Before moving into search, Kelly won several awards for product innovation, business excellence and was regularly profiled in trade publications.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Outside of work, she is an alumni mentor at the Schulich School of Business, volunteers on her children’s school boards and is an active member of the community. She’s an avid athlete, marathoner, traveler, scuba diver, snowboard instructor and loves to cook.
