Mai holds a Master's degree with cum laude in Entrepreneurial Management from Tallinn Technical University with a focus on IT entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, innovation management, service design, international HR management, and globalization.

Her previous experiences include cross cultural project management, event management, sales, small team management and marketing. She has teaching experience and has been involved in several volunteer projects.

Prior to joining Amrop Mai was working in the banking industry. She has cross-cultural experience from different parts of the world: she has lived and worked in Estonia, Sweden, USA, and China.
