Müjde Seray Arslan is a Consultant in Amrop Turkiye. She has over 6 years of experience in Executive Search consultancy and HR recruitment fields.

Prior to joining Amrop, Müjde gained extensive experience in top tier global executive search firm, across a variety of industries and clients.

She works closely with the Consultants throughout the research process and defines the sourcing grounds for contacting potential candidates. Throughout the search process, she conducts detailed interviews with senior level professionals, evaluates their qualification and fit with the client's organization. Also, Müjde manages the expectations of both clients and candidates to ensure successful closure within an agreed timeline. She is also responsible for measuring and tracking the candidate experience and leading the CRM program.

Graduated from Ankara Anatolian High School in Ankara, Müjde completed her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the Middle East Technical University. She also attended a pedagogic formation program in Marmara University in İstanbul. She is native in Turkish, and fluent in English.

Müjde is married with two kids and lives in İstanbul.
