Nia is the EA & Operations Coordinator at Amrop UK, providing dedicated support to the four Partners and the Operations Manager. She holds a Masters in Psychological Wellbeing and is particularly keen to deepen her involvement in leadership assessment, an area she finds especially appealing.

After completing her studies, Nia spent two and a half years as a Resourcing Manager at a leading IT consultancy, where she developed strong skills in operational delivery, stakeholder management, and communication. She looks forward to bringing this experience to Amrop and continuing to build on her expertise.

Outside of work, Nia is a passionate food enthusiast who loves experimenting with new recipes and exploring London’s restaurants and bars. A long-time gym goer, she has recently taken up running, inspired by her partner’s participation in the 2025 London Marathon. Looking ahead, Nia hopes to combine her love of food and creativity by one day launching a small charcuterie business.
