Renata Sieczka is a Senior Consultant at Amrop in Warsaw.

Renata joined Amrop with over 15 years of professional experience including leading Executive Search firms, as well as an HR role in a global FMCG company. She independently managed multiple recruitment processes for top management positions for both Polish and international companies, in Retail, FMCG, and New Tech sectors.

Renata graduated from the University of Warsaw at the Faculty of Law and Administration.

She is fluent in English in addition to her native Polish.
