Rosina is a Consultant at Amrop Austria, specializing in Executive Search. She joined the firm in 2024, bringing with her a strong foundation in the field. Before joining Amrop, Rosina spent five years at another international executive search firm, where she began her career.

With experience in executive search for top and middle management as well as specialist roles, Rosina has worked with international corporations, mid-sized enterprises, and family-owned businesses across a wide range of industries with a primary focus on Austria and Germany.

Rosina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from the University of Applied Sciences Vienna (WKW) and a Master’s degree in Business Consultancy and Corporate Management, with a focus on human resources, organizational strategy, and leadership from the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt. Her academic journey included an exchange semester at the Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon, Portugal, where she gained valuable insights into international business practices.

A native German speaker, Rosina is fluent in English and French and has working knowledge of Spanish, Czech, Portuguese, and Russian, reflecting her passion for languages and global collaboration.
