Şiyar brings over twenty years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition across leading multinational corporations and major holding companies.

Prior to joining Amrop, she spent more than six years at Philips, serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for the META and Iberia regions, where she led national and international recruitment strategies and successfully hired senior professionals to support the company’s growth. Prior to Philips, she worked as Talent Acquisition Manager at Koç Holding, overseeing full-cycle recruitment and employer branding activities across the Group companies.

Her earlier roles include HR Management and HR Business Partner positions at Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals and Koç Allianz, where she managed performance management, organizational development, C&B, and employee relations.

Şiyar is well recognized for her strong stakeholder management skills, relationship-building capability, and her results-oriented approach to meeting critical leadership needs. Her expertise spans assessment, full recruitment-cycle leadership, and international talent strategies.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Marmara University, and is fluent in Turkish and English.
