Tina joined Amrop in 2024 as a Partner. She brings a wealth of expertise in change management, transformation, and sustainable leadership at C-suite level.

Tina has nearly 30 years of business experience at executive levels from diverse industries such as automotive, health care, construction and civil engineering, transportation and consumer. She has spent her career living and working in Sweden, Switzerland and Norway, heading up corporate functions as Human Resources, Communication and Sustainability within sizeable companies such as TINE SA, PEAB, Mölnlycke Health Care, Volvo Cars.

Her board experience includes roles within both startup, non-governmental organizations as well as established financial institutions.
