Tılsım Sungu is a Senior Consultant in Amrop Turkiye, with 16 years of well-rounded experience in the fields of commerce, and human resources.

Prior to joining Amrop, Tılsım has worked in family-owned businesses, wherein she held management positions in human resources as well as procurement and operations. She was actively involved in strategic procurement processes, training/employee development, employee relations and organizational development. Her multidisciplinary approach to business and ability to manage stakeholders in family-owned businesses resulted in her becoming the first point of contact for both operational and managerial teams in a short period of time.

An entrepreneur at heart, her work in early childhood education and further training in managing childhood dyslexia paved the way to founding an international business, placing more than 100 prospective au pairs with suitable families. Passionate about humanitarian work, she began volunteering in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality’s educational reform project “150 Neighborhoods 150 Preschools”, establishing the core team realizing the project.

Tılsım holds a Master of Marketing Communication Management from Galatasaray University and a degree with honors from Koç University in B.S. International Relations. She has native fluency in Turkish and professional fluency in English.

A lifelong animal lover with 2 dogs, Tılsım is an equestrian who now sits happily on the sidelines as a mother of 2 daughters and watches them take center stage.
