Victor Reis is a Partner at Amrop in Stockholm, where he is part of the firm’s Leadership Advisory practice.

For nearly two decades, Victor has worked globally with clients in a wide variety of industries, helping executive level leaders navigate complex leadership challenges.

Victor brings deep expertise in global leadership assessment, executive development, Human Due Diligence, and the creation and implementation of leadership and competency frameworks. As a skilled facilitator, Victor is recognized for designing and delivering impactful learning and development programs tailored to dynamic, international environments.

Prior to joining Amrop, Victor led the Leadership Centre of Excellence at one of the leading Nordic Executive Search firms and previously served as Country Manager at a global provider of talent management solutions.

Victor holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Uppsala University and is a licensed psychologist.
